Can't use the Zotero bartool on Openoffice or Libreoffice
"libreOffice could not communicate with Zotero. Please ensure Zotero is open and set to an online state and try again." . This message occure when I clic to add a reference to my OpenOffice document, even if Zotero is open and the extension is applied on google chrome and openoffice. Maybe the trouble is comming from my Java: when I check the bug report,there is:
[JavaScript Error: "WebSocket connection closed: 1006 "]
version => 5.0.80, platform => Win32, oscpu => Windows NT 10.0; WOW64, locale => fr-FR, appName => Zotero, appVersion => 5.0.80, extensions => Zotero LibreOffice Integration (5.0.20.SA.5.0.80, extension), Zotero Word for Windows Integration (5.0.14.SA.5.0.80, extension)
- reported. So now, I don't know what to do, I unistall and reinstall everything - Zotero, Java, the extention- ; If that may help, I have in my report error of my chrome extention:
[JavaScript Error: "No tab with id: 22."]
[JavaScript Error: "No tab with id: 24."]
[JavaScript Error: "No tab with id: 46."]
And if you ask for Libreoffice, well there is just no bartool appearing.
I am really stuck ! please help me, thank you.
