Zotero won't appear in Word

Due to update of my computer I'm not able to use Zotero with Word. The standalone works as always but after all available troubleshooting information the Zotero tab doesn't appear.

Some tips to get it fixed?

If relevant this is Microsoft Word for Office 365 MSO (16.0.12130.20232) 32-bit
