[Juris-M] Cannot sync (or report)
Hello
Unfortunately, I cannot sync or provide a report ID.
I use Zotero (Juris-M) on two computers:
- my personal laptop, using Windows 10 Home and Juris-M version 5.0.75m2; and
- my work desktop, using Windows 10 Enterprise and Juris-M version 5.0.75m2.
I can sync on my personal laptop.
However, I cannot sync on my work desktop, even though I used to be able to do so. The last time that I did so was 14 days ago.
Below, you will find:
- the steps to reproduce; and
- the error report (which I cannot provide a report ID for).
Thank you!

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Start Zotero.
2. Click the "Sync with Zotero.org" button, in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
The green arrow contained in the icon starts to turn. Once it has stopped turning, the icon directly to the left changes from a "Stop"-type image to an orange/red circle containing an exclamation point (!).
3. Click on the icon directly to the left, now the orange/red circle containing the exclamation point (!).
The following error message appears: "XMLHttpRequest has timed out after undefinedms".
4. Click the "Report Error..." button.
5. Click the "Next" button.
The following message appears: "Please wait while the error report is submitted". However, nothing else happens. In particular, there is no message to confirm that the error report has been submitted.

You'd have to ask the Juris-M developer for support, but for Zotero the Connection Error steps would apply.
