No Zotero.dotm in zoteroWinWordIntegration@zotero.org\install

    I went zotero->extensions->zoteroWinWordIntegration@zotero.org->install but there is no zotero.dotm. I tried downloading zotero again but it didn't change anything. Does anyone know what I should do?

    @phreephree: That file exists at that location in a new Zotero installation, so if you're not seeing it either something is hiding it or security software on your system may be deleting it.

    @dstillman Thank you for replying to my post. At the risk of sounding ignorant...what do I do then? My security software is expired so I know that's not the problem. The only thing in the install folder are two, blank word documents named Zotero that I don't remember making.

    Oh, then you’re just not viewing file extensions. One of those is Zotero.dotm. You should be able to see which by right-clicking and selecting Properties.
