RSS Feeds from Database Searches
Hi,
I am trying to set up an RSS feed from Zotero using a saved search in Scopus. I created and ran the search and then clicked the set feed icon. I followed the steps to name my feed and copied the URL into New Feed-From URL in Zotero. I have done this for a Science.gov search as well. However, I am not sure if either is working.
Has anyone created feeds from saved searches? Do you have any recommendations for setting them up?
Thank you

I don't have access to Scopus, but how exactly are you creating an RSS feed on Science.gov? Does it require an account?
Note that if the feed URL itself requires a login, it won't work from within Zotero.
I see the feeds in Zotero. I do not see any entries.
In Science.gov, I created a search alert. I then clicked the RSS icon for that alert. I copied and pasted the RSS link https://www.science.gov/scigov/desktop/en/service/alert/feed/rss/.........
(I also see there is an ATOM icon. )
An account is required to create the RSS feed. I am not sure if it is also required to access the results.
Thank you for your assistance. This is my first time working with this functionality.
