Debugging Report: Extension not working

I'm trying to use my Zotero extension to download citations from Google Scholar. I've tried everything recommended on the troubleshooting page. I also downloaded Firefox, a Firefox Zotero extension, and tried to download - it still didn't work.

My debugging ID is D1668423095. (I also submitted an error report, ID: 611186918)

Please advise.
