Nature /npg journals slowness

Hi, all.

I am having an odd issue with all of the web sites of the nature publishing group. I don't really know if it's zotero related, but seeing as the onset of my problem seems to have con incided with the fixing of the sciencedirect issue, I thought I'd ask and see if anyone else has had the problem.

Essentially, since my translators got updated, it takes an age to open any page whatsoever from the http://www.nature.com* domain. Some examples:
http://www.nature.com/nature/journal/v406/n6794/full/406369a0.html
http://www.nature.com/nrm/index.html
http://www.nature.com/nrm/journal/v7/n9/abs/nrm2009.html

Anyone else out there experienced this behaviour?

Some observations:

* It is not associated with high processor usage.
* It is FF specific (pages are fine in ie).
* Once loaded, zotero works fine & is able to grab citations, pdfs etc.
* I did not have this problem last week and have not updated any other plugins.
* The pages appear to load, but the problem is the subsequent display (going to view... page source.. shows all the html is present & correct right from the <HTML> to the </HTML> long before the page appears).

FF 3.0.11, Zotero 1.0.10, WinXP fully patched.

Edit: It also occurs in FF 3.0.12
Edit2: Also occurs in FF 3.5.1
