Upgrade Storagestandalone frozen white at the startup in windows 10

no report id I can provide because the window of the zotero is white frozen every time when I start it, even for the report page. And it's the first time I use zotero and after I installing it, and opening zotero, it is a white frozen window showing up and I can do nothing with it. I have tried restart my computer, reinstalled zotero, or even installed version 4.0.29.17, but all of them didn't help.
When I scale down a little bit of the window of zotero, I see the zotero framework appears. But only the menu region can I click on. In other region, I click without response. Meanwhile, there is nothing (like a white frozen) appear below the "edit" menu.

1. download the exe file from https://www.zotero.org/download/client/dl?channel=release&platform=win32&version=5.0.77
2. double click the exe file and install zotero
3. lauch zotero
