No sync possible after changing Profile

The Error Id is 666339416
I changed to a new user. The old one was just for testing. The sync and group libraries worked with this one. After creating the new account I just changed the login data in the preferences of zotero. The settings are set to full sync. When I change them to "Sync to Zotero Server" it is switched back to Full the next time I look it up.
The Error when pushing the sync button is:
Empty response from server.
When I lookup my library in the web interface it is empty.

Any Idea what I did wrong ?
