inserting chicago footnotes AND bibliography into Word?

I'm trying to have a document that includes BOTH Chicago style footnotes (listed in order of citation) and a bibliography (citations listed in alphabetical order). I can't figure out how to have both in the document. Each time I click on "Add/Edit Bibliography," it updates the endnotes, but there is not a list of all the references in alphabetical order. Please help. Thanks!

    Clicking Add/Edit Bibliography is how you add the bibliography. That is inserting a bibliography at the position of your cursor, not doing anything with footnotes/endnotes.

    What exactly are you saying isn’t happening?

    When I click Add/Edit Bibliography, it just does the footnotes again instead of adding the bibliography. So I was wondering if I was doing something incorrect.

    Wait! It just worked! Not sure what was happening, but it did work this time.
