Upgrade StorageCannot empty the Trash bin
Good afternoon...
Yesterday I decided to stop files syncing, to make space in zotero server. In the same time, I chose to delete the pdf files previously attached to my database. So, I followed the instructions adamsmith gave to some other zotero user in these forums. In particular:
Attachment File Type -- is -- PDF
Create a saved search
In the saved search, select all (ctrl+a or cmd+a on a Mac), right-click and move to trash.
I did all the above and everything went fine. So, I continued my work as usual. Late at night I decided to empty the Trash bin, which contains 1782 items, mostly the deleted pdfs. But that was impossible. The procedure lasted too long and everything in my computer was stuck. I stopped the procedure by closing the program and I tried again today, in the morning, with the same result exactly.
When I restarted my computer, I tried to delete the files partially. I marked 5 items and I pressed the "delete files" command. Nothing happened.
Do you have any idea what I should do to clear my Trash bin?
