Movable dialogue window for Word Plugin

Forgive me if this has been mentioned before. I find that when I use the Word Plugin, it usually pops up right on top of the place where I am inserting the reference, obscuring my view of that text. The dialogue box appears to be anchored there, and can not be dragged out of the way. Would it be possible to allow it to be moved to another place on the desktop?
