Zotero toolbar does not appear on word

I have reinstalled microsoft word add-in as has been directed. Restarted word but still nothing. I have followed a link to troubleshoot as well but still nothing. What do I need to do now? I'm kindly asking for assistance.

    I have gone through the steps and found where the problem was. Zotero.dotm was not ticked. I have now followed the steps and the issue is sorted.
