Download issue
I have downloaded the latest version of Zotero. I have opened my desktop and cloud versions of Zotero. And no matter what I do, I get an error message for the pdf/document I am trying to push to Zotero. It says "This item could not be saved because Zotero is not open or is unreachable. Please open Zotero and try again."
