Problèmes pour éditer une bibliographie

Bonjour,
Je travaille sous word (version 16.30) et lorsque je veux éditer une bibliographie, Zotero me demande d'insérer une citation au préalable, même si je mets mon curseur en fin de document.
Quelqu'un pourrait-il m'aider?

    Have you actually inserted citations into this document using the plugin? Do you have an existing bibliography inserted by the plugin that you're trying to edit, or are you trying to insert a new bibliography?

    If you haven't actually inserted citations using the plugin, you'll need to do that first. Otherwise, see Existing Citations Not Detected.
