Unfiled items and group libraries

I have items that are added to folders in my "Group Libraries", but they are still appearing in "Unfiled Items"...is this an issue with my specific installation, or a larger software bug that should be addressed?

Unfiled Items refers to one specific library, so if you're moving (actually: copying) items from My Library to a group library (and a collection therein), they would still be unfiled in your library.
