attach file not working

I am unable to attach a file to a parent item. Neither works, clicking the upper short cut button or going through the right click select attach new.

    Have you tried restarting Zotero and/or your computer? If so, and you're still having trouble, could you provide a Report ID to start?

    Could you be more precise? What exact options are you trying? "Attach New" isn't an option in Zotero. The ZotFile plugin adds an "Attach New File" option that adds the last file from the directory you specified in its preferences.
