Full-texts not syncing to zotero online

Hi,

I recently had to sync a lot of files from my standalone Zotero to my zotero storage. While the citations were synced normally, the full text attachments are listed, but not actually attached. I have full-text syncing selected in my preferences.

I followed the instructions here (https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/files_not_syncing) with no success, but got the Debug ID: D380529423

Any help appreciated, as it's making working from home challenging!

    File sync is not enabled for My Library

    Full-text content syncing and file syncing are separate things. If you're trying to sync attachment files, you need to enable file syncing. Full-text content syncing syncs the content of files regardless of whether file syncing is enabled so that you can perform searches elsewhere even if the files haven't been transferred or indexed.
