Syncing fails repeatedly

My bug ID is 259826144. It says that I have to mention it somewhere here for it to get attention.

Please let me know if I am doing it in the wrong place.
  • Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync that fails?

    You should first upgrade to the latest version — you're a few versions behind.

    Thank you @dstillman.

    I have just upgraded to the latest version (or at least "Check for updates" option does not indicate that an update is available). Apparently, the same error.

  • Can you provide another Debug ID for the first sync attempt since this post?
  • App in my computer shows this message when I click on a ! sign next to the sync button:

    Error connecting to server. Check your Internet connection.

    And I cannot get syncing
