"Create bibliography from item" and Word bibliography do not match

I created a custom style, and when I "Create bibliography from item" within Zotero, I get exactly what I want, but when I create a bibliography in Word using the same style, there's a missing item (everything else is formatted correctly).

    Could you give an example? What does "a missing item" refer to more specifically?

    I found the problem. I had duplicate entries from a group library and I was citing the entries that didn't have updated information.
