Best way to merge multiple zotero libraries and going back to a free account
Hi. My zotero subscription has just expired and I have decided not to renew my account.
I started using zotero when I was doing my masters nearly a decade ago. Back then, I did not get a full grasp of how zotero works. In retrospect, I may not have made the most efficient use of the free storage that zotero provides (e.g. opting not to "automatically take snapshots"). Regardless, the volume of information that I have accumulated is such that I now maintain 3 separate zotero accounts which I link through "groups":
Account 1: WAS a paid account (subscription just expired) that has maxed out 2GB of data
Account 2: free account that has nearly used up the free 300MB of data
Account 3: free account that has nearly used up the free 300MB of data
At this point, I would want to:
1. Merge my 3 libraries
2. Find a long-term solution to my need for progressively larger storage. Considering the following:
a. WebDAV (how do I get one of those) or
b. This online hack: https://habr.com/en/post/443798/ (is this safe)
Would appreciate some advice as to how best to approach these 2 tasks and in what order.
Also,
3. Is there any way I can systematically dump specific objects (e.g. snapshots) or fields (e.g. abstracts) attached to zotero items?
Thank you.

Upgrade Storage
If your accounts are all members of the same groups, you can simply copy collections and/or items to the shared groups and then copy them from the groups to the personal library you want to keep. Note that you'll lose citation links in any word processor documents, since those are tied to items in specific libraries.
For file syncing, the easiest option is to use Zotero Storage. If you don't want to use that, see Alternative Syncing Solutions, but those are more advanced solutions, and you can't expect the same level of support for those — the whole point of Zotero Storage is that we make sure it just works. Create an advanced search that matches a given set of items (e.g., [Attachment File Type] [is] [HTML]), create a saved search, press Cmd-A/Ctrl-A to select all the matching items, and delete them. You can also do this using the search bar (e.g., by searching for "snapshot"), though that may be more likely to match other items.
I also send my sincere apologies to the person that I previously named in my follow-up query. You have always provided great advice throughout the time I've used zotero (to queries from my other account); I'm afraid I overstepped and became overly familiar.
Thank you bwiernik. Noted that abstracts do take up a negligible amount of internal memory. I was hoping to keep as much of the free zotero storage for other data; does the space that abstracts take up make a dent given the limited 300MB of free storage?
If I do proceed to sync attachment files using WebDAV:
1. Do I understand correctly that data syncing will continue with my zotero account?
2. Can I continue to use my old zotero account (>300 MB storage previously used for data and files)? If yes, how do I unload the storage formerly used up by the files that were synced with zotero storage?
