Synch problem - Report ID: 1458284303

I cannot sync my files.

In the sync settings I select WebDAV, put in my username (as a student I tried it with 's' and without) and password, and press verify server. Both, user name and password should be correct; I tried all different combinations and I followed all the steps imn the Zotero manual.
I then get a 'Permission denied' pop-up, saying:

"The WebDAV server did not accept the username and password you entered.

Please check your file sync settings or contact your WebDAV server administrator."

I am using windows 7, in case this plays a role.

  • I'm afraid there's nothing we can do about WebDAV authentication errors. It just means that the server is rejecting your username and password, or the URL is wrong.
