Zotero not on new administrator

Had service on computer and Apple Tech created new administrator. Said that all items and info were carried to it from old administrator. My Zotero did not transfer. Have nothing in new administrator and it is still in old Account. Have dissertation citations,
Please help. And thank you to anyone that responds

    You would have to transfer the Zotero data directory (/Users/:user/Zotero by default) from the old account to the new one.

    Depending on how you do the transfer, you may need to adjust permissions to make sure it's owned by the right user.
