PRIMO/Zotero Issue

Our library recently switched to PRIMO and I am testing the Zotero web extension with it. I have no challenges adding something to Zotero as long as it is the first time I am doing so. If I click on a second item (book or article) result, Zotero saves the previous book/article again, causing duplication. The only workaround I have found is to keep refreshing the web browser after each save to Zotero, but that can't possibly be the best way to fix this. Any help would be appreciated!
