Wrong metadata for NIPS papers
This looks like an issue with the Zotero connector. I tried both on Firefox and Chrome. I tried to import this paper (this is just one example, I get the same issue with many other NIPS papers):
http://papers.nips.cc/paper/6124-improved-techniques-for-training-gans
by clicking on the "Save to Zotero" button on the browser (Chrome or Firefox).
For some reason, the paper gets saved with the title: "Achieving budget-optimality with adaptive schemes in crowdsourcing", and some other authors. Clearly it thinks it is a completely different paper. Also the attached PDF fails to download.

http://papers.nips.cc/paper/6124-improved-techniques-for-training-gans/bibtex , i.e. the bibtex link we would expect for the URL, you get the bibtex for the "achieving budget optimality" paper.
If you look at the actual bibtex link on the page, it goes to
http://papers.nips.cc/paper/6125-improved-techniques-for-training-gans/bibtex
and it turns out that Zotero import on
http://papers.nips.cc/paper/6125-improved-techniques-for-training-gans
works entierely correctly.
This page:

shouldn't exist.
