aumentar armazenamento

tenho tentado atualizar a quantidade de armazenamento do zotero para o plano de 2GB e após introduzir os dados de pagamento surge uma mensagem que a "operação não está disponível, para tentar mais tarde".

    This is most often caused by your browser or network blocking some requests from our payment processor (stripe). It might work if you try from a different computer or network.

    If you can't do that, or you continue to have problems, you can email storage@zotero.org and we can try to sort it out.
