Upgrade Storageopenurl resolver
I don't know what the plans are for openurl resolvers in the
group display on the web -- but i would like some sort of
display for that --
maybe:
1) allow the group manager to set up an openurl resolver.
and/or
2) allow selecting the worldcat resolver registry as an option.
we are thinking of allowing the group list to be a public interface for the list,
but no one will want it without a resolver interface. (well, not most people).
