Allcaps and Smallcaps

How can I do in my style for Authors Name:
First Name to be Allcaps and Last Name to be Smallcaps?

It is posible?

It is not currently possible to apply separate formatting to each of the elements of a name. The CSL syntax has been extended to permit this, however, and a new CSL processor intended for use in Zotero supports the new syntax. So not at present, but it's being worked on.
