Connector stopped working

After I accidentally refreshed Firefox, Zotero Connector stopped working. I reinstalled it, but now I get an error message in Firefox that Zotero is unavailable, even though the desktop app is open. In the Zotero Connector settings, the Proxies tab is blank, and I can't access the Zotero Connector advanced settings at all.

What do you mean by that?

You don't need to do anything in the Connector preferences, though — the Proxies there are totally unrelated to the system proxies discussed in the above support page.

I meant that when I click on the Advanced Settings tab, nothing happens. At any rate, I was able to resolve the issue by following the instructions here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1152951
