Invalid username and password

I can log in to Zotero by using Safari but when I try to sync data by downloading software it says username or password is invalid. Can anyone please help me.

I'm afraid there's really no answer here other than that the username or password you're using for syncing are incorrect. Clear the fields completely and try again, and if necessary reset your password.
