Author name not getting imported

For the past couple of days, any article I open online and import to Zotero via the chrome connector- the author names are not getting imported. Please help! This is not limited to any one journal site but happening across all platforms. I noticed that previously it used to save the articles as journal article but now it only saves as web page with snapshot. When I hover over the Zotero icon, it says "Save to Zotero (Web page with snapshot)".

Run through https://www.zotero.org/support/troubleshooting_translator_issues in particular 3-13

Note that clinicalkey isn't supported currently, so we wouldn't expect working import there.
