extensions with openoffice don't work

I install openoffice 6.3 (windows7) and update java but since the beginning, I don't find how to cite. I have the extension but when I click on each (citation, bibliography, refresh,...) nothing happen. I don't understand why...
Does anybody can help me please?

    I assume you mean LibreOffice, not OpenOffice?

    Try removing the extension from LibreOffice, restarting LO, and reinstalling the plugin from the Cite pane of the Zotero preferences.
