PNAS has updated their reference style (revised 4/2019)
Could the Zotero CSL file also be updated?

I can confirm, current publications have a new style: https://www.pnas.org/content/116/35
I've submitted a PR to reflect the new style but will let the others look over it thoroughly: https://github.com/citation-style-language/styles/pull/4285
