Export File Format to Get Into Zotero

I am a newbie and am struggling to understand about using export to get information into Zotero. I am in a database of journals called Onefile. It offers to export citations in 4 formats: EndNote, ProCite, Reference Manager, RefWorks. If I check one of these, will Zotero intercept it? Do you have other advice about how to do this?
