Library catalog record showing up as webpage instead of book

We think a recent infrastructure update to the library catalog may have broken our Zotero connection. Browser plug-ins now only capture the webpage instead of the actual item. My plug-in works fine with WorldCat items records, and with RIS export from the catalog, but not with individual catalog records such as: https://newcatalog.library.cornell.edu/catalog/10431297
If there's something we should be doing code-wise on our end, please don't hesitate to let me know. The developer who formerly worked with our Zotero issues is no longer here.

I believe the old Cornell catalog served MODS(?) via unAPI: https://www.zotero.org/support/dev/exposing_metadata#using_an_open_standard_for_exposing_metadata

We've also been working on detecting formats like MARC, marcXML, and MODS via rel="alternate" links in the page header, but that's not quite done (@dstillman - do you know the status of that?)

Another, though less expressive option (on the same page as unAPI) is to expose COinS
