As discussed on the pandoc list:
- chicago-fullnote-bibliography.csl doesn't use origdate.
- chicago-fullnote-bibliography.csl confuses “circa” with “uncertain”
- chicago-author-date.csl renders nothing w.r.t. to “circa”.
