erasing the 1.04b version

I have downloaded by mistake the wrong version of the plugins. I need to erase it and install the previous one how can I do it?

If you used the 1.0b4 installer, you can just run the 1.0b3 installer (with Word closed). That should overwrite the 1.0b4 version.
If that doesn't work, try this:
