Zotero on Chromebook questions

I am new to Zotero and using it on a chromebook. I'm like a little kid asking numerous questions.
1st ?: How do I know if Zotero is "open" on the chromebook?
2nd ?: How do I get citations into Zotero?
3rd ?: Does Zotero just store bibliographies or does it store pdfs of the articles too?
4th?: is it a singular bibliography with all citations or can you have multiple bibliographies for each paper or project?
