Can’t access attached files via web browser

All of a sudden today 8/15 9:00pm EDT I can’t access my PDF attachments via the web browser, the .../items/7BZAPHA6/file link simply redirects back to the library entry page. What’s up? Happens with both Safari and Chrome on iOS
