zotero not saving pdf to library

    Can you say more about what exactly you're trying and what's happening, including an example URL?

    When I try to save a pdf or url it does not save to my zotero library. The error code I provided appeared. Furthermore, I upgrade my storage and ever since Zotero will no longer save any new urls, pdf, etc to my library.

    See the link on troubleshooting translator errors dstillman posted above. You'll want to run through all the steps and, if they don't fix your problem, provide all the information listed in the last step (in addition to the error report ID you already provide)
