Upgrade StorageReportID 705389428 Delete reconciliation unimplemented for collections
After several failed RIS imports, I had several new import collections that were empty, and I deleted yesterday.
Today, I got a new error on sync attempts - the delete reconciliation...
Debug output referred to a folder VCGZ2S35, which does not exist in storage.
I was able to recover with a merged sync reset.
