How can I install Zotero without 7-zip?

I use my desktop in university to install Zotero, but it shows that this program is blocked by group policy and I need to contact my system administrator. I have tried to fix it by changing user, however, it doesn't work. What should I do?

    Where are you seeing anything about 7-Zip? That's a requirement to build Zotero from source code, but that's certainly not something you're meant to do as a normal user.

    If you're getting a message that says you need to contact your system administrator, you should contact your system administrator.
