On unlimited plan but "quota" showing 300MB?
Could anyone help me work out what's happening with my account, which is fully paid up on the 'unlimited' plan, but (on the 'Current Plan' table in the Zotero Storage tab) my quota is listed as 300MB. What is going on and how do I fix it?!

dstillmanThe account you're logged into doesn't show a current storage plan. If you think that's a mistake (or if you added a plan to a different account by mistake and want to transfer it), email storage@zotero.org with the reference number from the confirmation email.

NickikindersleyThat's annoying – I've left it to automatically renew and I haven't received any automatic renewal this year. I don't understand why.

dstillmanIt's possible we weren't able to successfully charge your credit card and the automated emails didn't make it to you (spam folder, etc.). Email storage@zotero.org and someone will investigate.
