Switching the field type to bookmark

How do I switch the field type to bookmark? Where is the setting to do it? I have checked the document preference setting but couldn't find the specified setting. Thanks in advance for your help.

The setting is in the document preferences, but it's not possible to use bookmarks with note-based styles for technical reasons.
