Upgrade StorageZutilo link opens "My Library", not Target Collection

I have Zutilo installed to copy Zotero links and create them within notes. It used to be when I followed the link, the appropriate collection would open with the target of the link highlighted. This is no longer the case.
Today, I installed Zutilo for Zotero 3.1.0 on Linux (Debian). When I click to follow a link, "My Library" is opened with all contents and the target highlighted. This is rather frustrating especially when the target is in the same collection as the link (i.e. note).
Is this an issue with Zutilo or with Zotero when following hyperlinks? I believe the latter. Thoughts?

P.S. Yes, once "My Library" is opened with all contents and the target highlighted, press and holding 'Alt' highlights the collection. However, this is cumbersome for an untrained Zotero user (whom I'm building this library for).
