How to convert private library to public (sharable) one

I have a bunch of web-clipped articles that I've saved in a folder in "My Library". I now want to share those articles with my research assistants in a group library. How do I convert a private library to a group library, or otherwise share those articles with my group?

In the Zotero app (not on the Zotero website), you can drag the items from My Library to the group library.
