Error sending invitation

I've tried several times to invite a user to our group but keep getting the following error message - "Error sending invitation to "username". Other invitations have been sent."

I've invited other users with no issues, so I'm not sure why I'm having a problem with this particular user. Any thoughts? I appreciate any advice/assistance you can offer!

    Any help with this please? I'm encountering the same problem. Is there an alternative way to add them?

    Generally this would happen if you are trying to invite a username that doesn't exist, or an email address that appears to be invalid.

    If the user already has a Zotero account that you know, you can invite them to one of your groups from their profile page, and if you're not sure of their username you can always invite an email address.
