Citation absent from texte but still in reference list
I am pulling my hair out trying to get rid of 2 references in my list that do not appear in the text.
It's a document I have been working on a lot in which I removed these citations at one point in time.
The numbered citation does not appear in the text and even if I manually remove them from the list "edit bibliography" I cannot get rid of them...
Can anybody help please?
Using Mac and word
kind regards

bwiernikIt’s possible that some remnants of the citation is in your document. To make this easiest to find, change to a numeric citation style (like Cell) and then navigate to the indicated spot in your document. Select that whole text range and type Alt+F9 to show any Field Codes. That should reveal the hidden Zotero reference that you can delete.
