Upgrade StorageGUI change - removing/hide "collections"
Generally over the course of a day or even a week, I will use the same set of references within my library - thus the big "collections" window is just a big waste of space. Could it either be:
1) made collapsible so it does not use up valuable screen space
2) integrated into the top bar as a drop-down menu
