Zotero not appearing at Word and not working on Google Docs

Hi, I've downloaded Zotero and the conector to Google Chrome and it works to save documents there in "My Library". But when I am writing in Microsoft Word or Google Docs, I can't use the references, because it doesn't even show up in the bar of Word, and at Google Docs it shows but the buttoms do not work at all. Do you know what should I do to make it work? Thanks

    Word and Google Docs problems wouldn't be related.

    What exact Word version? Have you tried the troubleshooting page?

    For Google Docs, what browser version? Can you provide a Debug ID from the Zotero Connector for loading Google Docs and trying to insert a citation?
